Our turn on the classic — green, herbal, and a little dangerous after the second one.
A Cocktail&Bar
The list is the room. Read it slow.
House Originals
stirred slow, named on purpose
A whisper of smoke under the ice, dark cherry underneath. The one we hand you when you say “surprise me.”
A silk top with a deep red wine float and a tart, clean finish.
A hush of rosemary smoke caught under the glass, blackberry dark beneath it.
A barrel-aged stir served cold and slow, built to be sipped not rushed.
Low light, warm brass, nowhere to be.
Twenty-odd seats, a marble bar, a candle on every table. We keep it dim on purpose — soft jazz, no televisions, a door that closes out the rest of the night. Sit at the bar and watch it get made, or take a booth and disappear for a while.
Classics, Done Right
no reinventing, just respect
Your spirit, a sugar cube, two kinds of bitters, one big clear rock.
Equal parts, stirred bitter, an orange peel flamed over the top.
Wet or dry, however you like it. Cold enough to bite.
Three ingredients, no nonsense. The bartender's quiet test.
Low & No Proof
a proper drink, less of the proof
Low and bright, all afternoon at midnight. Bitter, a little sweet.
A real spirit-free cocktail, not an afterthought. Ask and we'll build you one.
Prices are demo figures. Your real drinks, builds, and prices go right here.
Hold us a tableand we'll have a seat warm.
Booths book up on weekends. Tell us when and how many and we'll confirm by text. The bar is always first-come — pull up a stool any night.

Dark, quiet, and the best Negroni in town. We came for one and stayed til close.
Take the whole room, behind a closed door.
Birthdays, send-offs, an after-party that deserves better than a function room. Book the back booths or buy out the bar — we'll write a one-night list around the occasion, name a cocktail for it, and sort the tab in advance. Tell us the night on the reservation card and we'll plan the rest.
