We help with things.
You have a problem. We have an office. It's a good office, with a desk and a chair for you to sit in. You explain the situation, we tell you what to do about it, and you leave having handled it. That is the service.
What We Do
You Come In
You come in and tell us what's going on. We listen, we ask a few questions, and we tell you whether this is the kind of thing we can help with. Usually it is.
The Thing You Came For
The reason you looked us up. We do it correctly, we do it on time, and we explain it in words a normal person uses.
The Follow-Up
After the thing is done, there's usually one more thing. A signature, a filing, a phone call to confirm. We handle that too, so it doesn't sit on your desk.
The Review
Already have something and just need a professional to look at it? We'll read it, mark it up, and tell you what's fine and what isn't.
The Second Opinion
Someone else gave you advice and you're not sure about it. Bring it here. We'll give it to you straight, even when straight is boring.
The Retainer
For when you need us more than once. You keep us on hand, we keep your file open, and you skip the part where you re-explain everything each time.
How We Work
You talk to a person.
The person you meet at the first meeting is the person who does the work. No queue, no handoff to someone you've never met.
A price before we start.
Where we honestly can, we quote the whole thing up front. No surprise bill at the end, no clock running while you think.
Plain English.
You get the work done and a short note that explains what it actually does, in words you'd use at the kitchen table.
We tell you when you don't need us.
If the thing is small enough to handle yourself, we'll say so. A short honest answer beats a long invoice.
We will tell you the boring truth.
The professional, on the record
About
Has done this for a while now. Knows the field, knows the paperwork, knows which problems are actually problems and which ones will sort themselves out. This is the person you'll sit across from, and the person who handles your matter from start to finish.
Answers the phone, opens the file, and makes sure your appointment is on the calendar and not lost in a stack. Knows where everything is and when things are due. If you can't reach the principal, this is the person who actually gets you an answer.
Request a Consultation
The first conversation is straightforward.
Tell us a little about the situation. We'll set up a consultation. It's a flat fee, quoted up front and credited toward your bill if you go ahead. You'll leave knowing your options and what they cost.
