The studio.
It's a fitness studio. There's a room with racks, barbells, dumbbells, and a hard floor to drop them on. That's most of it.

A room and some iron.
We rented a room. We put a hard floor in it and bought a stack of weights. The idea was simple: a real place to come train, coached by people who actually watch your form and fix it.
We're not a chain and we're not a clipboard-and-protein-shake operation. We're a room full of neighbors getting a little stronger, a few times a week.
Whether you want to lift something heavy or just want your back to stop hurting at your desk, there's a class with your name on it.
The people who coach
Certified, local, and in it for the long haul. They scale every class to whoever walks in — and they'll know your name by the second class. (Demo names & bios for now.)

Rhea
Opened the place because she wanted a gym that fixed your form instead of selling you supplements. Will absolutely make you do one more rep, kindly.

June
Specializes in first-timers and comeback stories. If you're nervous, ask for June — she'll have you laughing by the warm-up.

Maribel
Corrective-exercise nerd. Great with postpartum members and anyone whose back is mad at their desk job. Will find muscles you forgot you had.

Sam
Teaches the barbell stuff from the ground up — literally. The reason members trust a heavy deadlift won't wreck their back.

Della
Runs the conditioning classes that leave you in a puddle and somehow smiling. Keeps a modification ready for every single movement.
Regular people, getting stronger.
Not influencers. Neighbors, on a Tuesday. (Demo photos & quotes — yours go here.)
“I'd never worked out a day in my life and I was terrified. They were kind, they didn't make a thing of it, and I scaled everything. I've been back twice a week since.”
“Came back after a knee surgery worried I'd hurt myself. The coach knew my history by name and gave me a version of every movement. Strongest I've felt in years.”
“Three years in and I still book the same week. It's the small classes and the fact that someone actually fixes your form. No contract, no nonsense. Just a good gym.”
The floor's open. Come train.
First class is free. Find one that fits your week and we'll see you there.
