The techs are ASE-certified and they keep training, because the cars keep changing. Domestic, import, hybrid, the work truck and the daily commuter all get the same dealer-level scan tools and the same plain-English explanation.
When we fix something, it is road-tested and backed by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty in writing. If it acts up inside the window, you come back and we make it right. That is the whole pitch, and it is why most of our work comes from people sending in their neighbors.
