I'm Justin. I build the websites, I write back when you message, and I keep the thing running after it's live. There's no front desk to get past and no account manager to lose your email. You're never resting on one person, though: you own your site and files from day one, and there's a plan in place so the lights stay on if I'm ever out.
I started this because watching small businesses get quoted five thousand dollars for a website, wait six weeks, and own none of it at the end made me a little crazy. So I do the opposite. A fair price, posted plainly. You own everything. And the person who built it is the one who picks up.
